Alea Rain handles every sale personally to ensure the work reaches you with care. Here is how the process would unfold from inquiry to delivery.
Step One
You would provide your name, email, and shipping address. Alea will use this to prepare the artwork for transit and reach out with any questions about delivery conditions.
All information is kept strictly private and used only for fulfillment of your order.
Step Two
Payment would be processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. For larger works, Alea offers a two-installment payment plan — 50% at time of purchase, 50% before shipping.
All prices are in USD. Currency conversion, taxes, and any applicable import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Step Three
Immediately after purchase, you receive an order confirmation by email. Within 48 hours, Alea personally reaches out to confirm shipping details, answer any questions, and share any relevant notes about the work — provenance, care, installation.

Step Four
Each work is prepared for shipping by Alea herself: cleaned, wrapped in acid-free tissue, and packed in custom crating appropriate to the medium. Fragile elements (like the Cholla cactus on Conscious Stains) receive extra protection.
A tracking number and estimated delivery window are sent once the work ships. Larger works (1m+) typically ship within 5–10 business days of payment. Smaller works within 3–5 days.
Step Five
Upon delivery, inspect the work and notify Alea within 48 hours of any transit damage — all shipments are fully insured. She will resolve any issue promptly.
Each work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, and care notes specific to the materials used.
